UC-Analytics offers a good view of corporate communication through your UC system. In addition to classic accounting reports with regard to cost controlling, the UC Analytics offers a wide range of reporting options that provide important key figures concerning accessibility, utilisation of SIP connections and voice quality. Predefined dashboards make it easier for you to get started with analytics. The following pages describe how to operate the system using the  Web Portal. The initial setup and basic configuration is carried out via the administration tool, which must be performed directly on the server. The administration is not discussed further on these pages, but there is a separate administration manual.

The Web Suite is the central management tool for the following tasks:

  • The creation, configuration and administration of reports
  • Executing reports
  • Creating dashboards
  • Managing the organisation chart
  • Download of reports automatically provided by the system (mailbox)
